Certified Plans was created by the New Zealand Certified Builders Association to help Kiwis visualise what they could build. NZCB-approved builders get access to an ever-growing database of fresh and exciting plans that reflect the way Kiwis like to live.

The plans are all architecturally designed and based on criteria developed by a New Zealand-wide advisory group.
