​We’re proud to have been the builders on this stunning project. Inspired by Wellington’s hillside suburbs, Sefton House was designed to make the most of the land, light, and incredible views.

Sefton House has been named a winner in the Housing category at the 2025 NZIA Auckland Architecture Awards.
