Landscape Road involved major renovations to one of Mount Eden’s original character homes, including the addition of a new third-storey level designed to capture expansive views across the harbour and Mount Eden.

The project required extensive structural engineering and complex load-bearing transfer systems to support the new upper level while working within the constraints of the existing historic structure.
